Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;

  The item must be returned in its original packaging;

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Return Process

  Reason for the return;

  Photos of the item (if it arrived damaged or incorrect).
  

Our team will respond with return instructions within 2 working days.

Return Shipping Costs

  If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  
• 
  For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  Your refund will be processed to the original payment method;
  
• 
  Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
  

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or dispatched.
