We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vellure Pure purchase. If you are not happy with your order, here's how we can help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised products
- Intimate or hygiene-related items that have been opened
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@vellurepure.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing or dispatch.
