Do I need to use it on wet or dry skin?
For the ultrasonic cleansing and Ion Export modes, use on damp skin. For Ion Import and EMS modes, apply your serum first to damp skin for best results.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, when used correctly. Start on the gentlest setting and avoid using the device on broken skin, active breakouts or areas with open wounds.

Will it help my serums absorb better?
Yes. The Ion Import mode is specifically designed to drive active ingredients deeper into the skin — making your existing serums and moisturisers significantly more effective.

How long does the battery last?
The 400mAh rechargeable battery provides extended use time. A full charge via USB takes approximately 1.5 hours.

Is it waterproof?
